Business Development Specialist

Managed IT Services of Arizona is a well-established information technology services firm based in Tempe, Arizona. We are seeking an individual to drive sales in and around Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling and a desire to assist clients in optimizing their investment in technology. They will also recognize the value of working in a team environment in a
highly driven organization. This position’s primary responsibility is to engage small and medium businesses and sell them our Managed Services offering.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Follow internal proposal process to quote potential customers in a timely manner
  • Identify and build relationships with clients
  • High level of proficiency in IT service offerings
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new marketing approaches
  • Leverage our marketing program to drive sales
  • Create personal marketing campaign to meet sales goals
  • Maintaining client opportunities inside of the existing CRM systems
  • High level of client service

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Highly motivated with strong sales drive
  • Comfortable cold-calling and building sales pipeline from scratch
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, and solution selling skills
  • Superior organizational skills and precise attention to detail
  • Professionalism and cooperation in dealing with internal staff, partners and clients
  • Critical thinking skills for planning and execution

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum four years of sales experience
  • Success in selling services to businesses
