We have simplified how we provide pricing to our clients so you can forecast and budget what your IT support cost will be for the year. It is very easy to see where your cost is going and how things can be standardized to minimize support cost.

The Remote Preferred Plan (All In/Fixed Fee)

Receive complete support for your existing IT Infrastructure. We will proactively support your infrastructure with patching, monitoring, anti-virus and anti-spam, as well as respond to all Service Tickets remotely at no additional charge.

The Support Center (helpdesk) is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Any and all support of the existing infrastructure is completely covered at no additional charge.

Project engagements are not considered to be support of the existing infrastructure and billed at the rate of $135.00/hour. Project engagements include additions to the current infrastructure such as a server, workstation, new application, or implementation of a new or different technology solution.

Any support that requires an onsite resource will be billed at $135.00/hour with a 1 hour minimum. All emergency Remote response required to support the network is billed at a rate of $150.00/hour with a 1 hour minimum. All emergency Onsite responses required to support the network is billed at a rate of $150.00/hour with a 2 hour minimum.

The Remote Standard Plan (Time & Materials)

Receive proactive support for the existing IT Infrastructure. We will proactively support your infrastructure with patching, monitoring, anti-virus and anti-spam.

Support engagements are billed on a time & materials basis. All Remote support is billed at a rate $135.00/hour in 15 minute increments and Onsite support is be billed at $135.00/hour with a 2 hour minimum.

Upgrades to the existing IT infrastructure (such as installing a new server or adding workstations) are not considered support within this agreement and are billable events. Such additional actions are available at the rate of $135.00/hour.

All emergency Remote responses required to support the network is billed at a rate of $150.00/hour with a 1 hour minimum. All emergency Onsite response required to support the network is billed at a rate of $150.00/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
